We offer trips for all ages and abilities. Each group is unique and we tailor our trips to the participants.
You are paying us to use our skills and expertise to ensure safe passage for you and the group. We ask that you respect our decisions as guides and know that we have your best interest in mind. We do our best to nurture a positive affirming atmosphere where everyone’s skill level is accommodated. It is a privilege to journey with people through the wilderness and we love our jobs.
We pride ourselves on offering great food and service. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions and we will accommodate your needs. Don’t worry we fully stock our trips with good quality coffee and tea.
Lenny, our Black Golden/Doodle/Lab has been a fixture on many of our past trips. He loves being in a canoe, rapids and big waves don’t bother him. Our past participants have enjoyed having him along as he can be quite entertaining. Please let us know if you have reservations about having a dog on your trip.
We follow a cooperative trip model where we look out for each other and ask that participants share in camp Responsibilities such as dishes, and cleanup.
we filter all drinking water using gravity filters and pumps, guides will carry water to refill your bottles as needed.
All trips are equipped with trowel bags and instructions will be given on proper wilderness bathroom protocols.
We encourage you to use a Diva cup or biodegradable pads. All sanitary napkin products must be double bagged and carried out, we will provide a container for this purpose.
